Panel: Suspended sheriff’s deputy will be allowed to return to work

BLOOMINGTON – A McLean County deputy on leave since October for alleged misconduct must serve an additional 60 days on unpaid suspension but will be allowed to return to work, according to a decision announced Tuesday by the McLean County Sheriff’s Merit Commission.
