Bloomington Attorney

Two bar patrons undetered by the local police, decide to disrespect downtown Bloomington, its residents, and taxpayers by openly urinating on private property. But, as one councilperson described “no one sees anything wrong with whats going on in the downtown”. I suggest if this were their house, or their business they would feel different about the situation. Maybe that way the Mayor only won re-election by 15 votes. Maybe, people do care about what is happening to their downtown even if the Mayor and the councilpeople do not.
